Legare termostat 24V la centrala Vaillant TurboTec Plus

Buna ziua,

Am o centrala Vaillant Turbotec Plus de 28kw si am cumparat un termostat Honeywell ce poate fi alimentat doar la 24v.
In manualul centralei spune sa conectez bornele 7,8 si 9. Problema este ca in instructiunile centralei sau ale termostatului nu exista nici o corespondenta. La termostat iti spune cum sa il conectezi in functie de culorile firelor (galben, verde, alb, rosu si mai sunt R, Rh, Rc etc).
Ma puteti ajuta va rog cu o corespondenta? Sau ce inseamna bornele 7, 8 si 9.

Din cate stiu informatiile trebuie sa apara in cartea tehnica a centralei, daca nu este asa postati intrebarea in topicul de instalatii electrice.

In cartea tehnica nu este detaliata semnificatia bornelor, intrucat Vaillant sugereaza sa fie folosite termostate proprii.
In cazul acesta sa deschid un nou topic in cealalta arie?

Ar fi fost bine sa mentionati si modelul termostatului caci cei de la honeywell au ceva produse ...

Imi cer scuze. Aveam senzatia ca l-am mentionat in primul post. Este vorba de Honeywell Lyric http://www.lyric.honeywell.com/

Centrala Vaillant, chiar daca are 3 pini, doar intre 2 exista punte facuta, acolo trebuie conectat termostatul de ambient.

Acum, care-i treaba cu Lyric.
Acesta este un termostat atat pentru incalzit cat si pentru racit, si este facut pentru a functiona si cu una si cu mai multe surse de incalzire/racire (pana la 4 daca imi aduc aminte bine).

Ce inseamna toate notatiile de pe ele?

R (Rh) este 24V tensiunea ce vine din centrala
Rc este 24v tensiunea ce vine din aparatul de aer conditionat.
Cand se foloseste PDC acestea sunt comune

W este semnalul de 24V trimis catre centrala pentru a porni incalzirea
Y este semnalul de 24V trimis catre aerul conditionat, pentru a porni racirea
G este ventilatia (se foloseste de obicei la ventilo-convectoare)

Celelalte au si ele rol, dar nu isi au rostul aici.

Ca urmare, din termostat trebuie plecat catre centrala cu 2 fire aferente R si W si atasate in centrala in locul puntii. Trebuie verificat insa care in ce pin se conecteaza.

Am gasit urmatoarele 2 scheme pentru pinii centralei.
Din ce deduc eu ar trebui sa conectez 7 la W si 8 la R.

Celor din suportul Lyric le-ati aratat aceste scheme sau nu ati discutat cu ei pe chatul honeywell?

Vedeti ca sunt foarte comunicativi si va ajuta la rezolvarea problemelor.

Nu le-am aratat schemele pentru ca nu pot sa bag mana in foc ca sunt direct de la Vaillant. Le gasisem pe un topic in germana cautand pe google raspuns la intrebarea mea.
Ce-i drept, cei de la Honeywell mi-au raspuns pana acum foarte repede la mailuri, cam la 2h

W2- 2nd Stage Heating Relay

K- Used With Wire Saver Module

L- Heat Pump Error Communication Terminal
C- 24 Volt Common
U1a/U1b- Used for Indoor Air Quality Device (Humidifier, Dehumidifier, Ventilation)

For exact wiring like you requested, you will have to get Vaillant to explain this based on what our wiring terminals control or give us the wiring designation for each terminal they have.
Additionally verify that the control voltage is between 20-30 volts AC."

Dupa ce l-am conectat astazi mi-a dat eroare "Wifi Radio Failure". Cei de la Honeywell au spus ca investigheaza dar cel mai probabil e defect si trebuie schimbat in garantie.
